Individual Membership

BALAS offers an excellent opportunity to meet scholars from around Latin America and the rest of the world. Our members have a wide range of expertise that allows new members to share information, develop joint research projects, and expand their contacts. In addition, the BALAS Annual Conference provides an excellent opportunity for both young and experienced scholars to network and share research ideas, teaching cases, and discuss topics relevant to the Latin American business environment.

BALAS provides a research paper awards program that has been specifically designed to recognize and encourage outstanding scholarship and research presented at the annual conference.
